Liverpool & Aubameyang
Last week was a good week at Liverpool.
The Reds completed a significant piece of business signing Mohamed Salah from AS Roma.
The Egyptian winger has swapped Serie A for the Premier League in a €42 million deal. That fee could rise by €8m in add-ons that are performance-related.
But will Salah just be the start of spending this summer at Anfield?
Another deal which has been gossiped about in recent days has been the possibility of the Reds landing Borussia Dortmund’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Last week BVB confirmed they’d sell the Gabonese international for £63 million.
There’s a time limit, however. Dortmund begin pre-season training on July 26, and Dortmund will reportedly stop fielding offers for their striker at that point.
CEO talks about Auba
Liverpool CEO Peter Moore has been engaging with fans on social media over the weekend.
That’s included him getting excited about Liverpool’s attack next season after the Salah signing.

He’s also discussed Aubameyang’s potential £63m transfer to Liverpool this summer, although he’s not given too much away.
@PeterMooreLFC if Aubameyang is available for £63m as reported (and would come) please get him! You would recoup most of the money in shirts

Whoever signs Aubameyang will be landing one of the best strikers in world football. Last season he top scored in the Bundesliga with 31 goals in 31 games.
In total, Auba has 85 goals from 125 appearances for Borussia Dortmund.
